Bien Venue have bailed me out of last minute hotel bookings on numerous occasions and are professional and friendly to the point that I feel I have my own PA! They always find the best hotels at the most competitive prices, which usually means I get a boutique hotel with all the extras for the cost of a budget motel. No hassle and no long winded booking process unlike some other companies that I have used in the past.
After a successful tender bid, we organise corporate accommodation and ad hoc meetings across the UK for this client, negotiating rates in their corporate locations to ensure they receive the best rates in accordance with the volume they book.
Our bespoke online accommodation portal, BVine, is used to manage their accommodation requirements and internal travel policy throughout the UK. BVine has been tailored to their specific needs, by branding with the client logo on particular pages, for example, their welcome pages and preferred properties. This gives them the ability to book bedrooms, within their company travel policy, in just 4 clicks.
BVine captures purchase orders and cost codes at the point of booking, helping to control spend and reduce booking being made without prior authorisation, which can then be reported on.
To help with the implementation of this Bien Venue organised and trained a group of ‘system champions’ within the company for regional support, as well as arranging road shows for assisting the roll out of the project.
As a result the client has gained a reduction in their accommodation spend and tighter control on their budget and travel policy. The client utilises Bien Venue’s consolidated invoice service ensuring accuracy of hotel bills, which are cross-checked against Management Information reports. Monthly data is sent to the client to support their expenditure and assist with forecasting and budgeting.

From start to finish, Bien Venue was excellent in organising our team bonding weekend away for 60 people. They were always on the other end of the phone or email to help out with any query, or just to run something past them, no matter how small it was.
Even when my contact was on holiday she still arranged for someone to deal with any queries I had during her absence period.
Everything ran so smoothly. The restaurant choice for the evening was amazing and all the staff were bowled over by the venue and the entertainment provided.

We were first introduced to this client at a networking event. The senior partners of this company recognised that their service levels operated at their best when their teams were working cohesively. To prove a point, they decided that a team-bonding weekend away should be arranged.
We spoke in depth with this client to clarify their objectives and understand their employee profiles. Their only requirements were that the event should be in October, be within Europe and be FUN – the possibilities were endless! We decided that a standard team building option really wouldn’t hit the spot this time. Something different was required.
Taking all our discussions into account, we suggested a visit to Munich. We worked with our network of suppliers in Germany to put together a tailored itinerary to perfectly suit the client, including tickets to Oktoberfest and a visit to an authentic Bavarian Restaurant with traditional entertainment.
The Bavarian restaurant entertainment started with a traditional opening ceremony involving hammering a casket of beer to commence dinner. There was also an Alphorn demonstration, an accordion and guitar duo, yodelling, along with a yodelling competition, cowbell playing and typical beer games. Some of the staff even took the opportunity to wear traditional Bavarian dress.
We took responsibility for all event logistics including flights, the use of local ground transport and accommodation. The hotel selected, The Marriott Hotel, was chosen for its prime location and spacious hotel rooms to inspire productivity and relaxation.
Having such a carefully planned itinerary allowed the group leader to completely relax during their time in Munich.
All 60 staff involved enjoyed the weekend, finding it fun and motivating, helping to improve communication and build relationships within the team.

Just wanted to write to say thank you for helping to organise a brilliant teambuilding event. I cannot tell you how good it was and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed, fun teambuilding day in the future. There were so many staff on hand designated to us, chefs helping us with the food preparation and cooking and staff to serve drinks – it was brilliant. They could not do enough for us. Everyone got to keep the souvenir apron too.
This client approached us a result of our reputation. After successfully closing a deal within the airline industry they wanted to arrange a team building/corporate day out to celebrate and thank their employees for their hard work. We were given an exciting brief to find something unique for their day out, so set about researching several quirky venues and activities within the London area.
We proposed several options, which included a private capsule on the London Eye, a day out on The Orient Express, a visit to Wimbledon, a Festival, Wine Tasting and a private Up at The 02 experience. The client chose a day of Pasta Making, along with lunch at a 5 star resort located in Hertfordshire England, set in 300 acres of countryside.
This was not your average team-building day out, but they did want something unique!
The event started with a gentle icebreaker where the Executive Head Chef put the team at ease for the cooking ahead. Dressed with hats and branded aprons, the team set about their cooking task. It was a very hands-on session with a fun and casual setting making for a relaxed event, but that isn’t to say there wasn’t a bit of healthy competition, too!
At the end they sampled the goods and judged the winner who was presented with a bottle of bubbly.
We even offered some optional extras, in case anyone fancied a round of golf or relax in the spa after their event.
Lunch was very nice too!

A 3 day international biannual congress in Oman was what was required for one of our association clients. With a total of 1700 delegates attending, this event took over two years to plan and bring together.
Bien Venue was responsible for finding a suitable conference venue and appropriate hotels for accommodation. We took care of all aspects from start to finish including site visits, ground transportation, delegate registration, flights and exhibitor and sponsor liaison. We were also asked to source a ‘wow’ factor location for an offsite reception and gala dinner, which we certainly think we achieved!
The design concept for the gala dinner was unique indeed, which made the planning all the more interesting.
This involved hiring a private beach, making sure it was suitable for an event and not getting stressed about the weather – all had its challenges!
The food for this event was BBQ with a twist. We worked alongside a team of chefs to create a bespoke menu that would satisfy an international audience, all for a modest budget.
To ensure guests got into full-blown beach party mode, entertainment came in the form of a Calypso Band on arrival, Hawaiian Entertainment throughout and a Beach Boys Tribute band to see the evening into the early hours.
For those guests looking for a more chilled out surrounding, a lounge and bar area was set up with a relaxed playlist, chic furnishing and plenty of drinks on ice.
The conference was a great success; the feedback from the organisers and sponsors was extremely complimentary, whilst the delegates commented that it was a year to beat! So over to Bien Venue to begin planning the next biannual congress.

This company has been a client of Bien Venue for many years. In that time we’ve organised numerous events for them and so have gained a great deal of insight into what suits them best.
As part of its events programme this firm entertains its key clients every year with a day of corporate hospitality.
This year there was an intimate group of only 13 people so some careful thought had to go into what would be right for them. As this event was limited to one day only, it was decided that a day at the races was the perfect solution. But this was to be no ordinary day. To ensure that the group travelled in style, Bien Venue arranged executive transport from the client’s offices to and from the races. We also organised hospitality tickets so that they had the very best experience whilst there and, to make sure that no one went hungry, we also booked lunch at a nearby Michelin starred restaurant.
With such an exciting package of experiences on offer it was important that the guests knew what to expect from the day. Leaving nothing to chance, we arranged for bespoke invitations to be designed and for the tickets to be hand delivered.
With everything planned and organised in advance by Bien Venue, this day of hospitality gave our client chance to enjoy themselves whilst giving recognition to their key customers, thanking them for their business and building better client relationships.
