We’ve been finding venues and managing events since 1996. Our portfolio includes training providers, association conference organisers, and the media – to name just a few.

Our team are specialists in what they do, and bring knowledge and enthusiasm to every project they work on. Everything we do is driven by our belief that each client is unique. Personal Service

You’ll also find that when you call us a second time, we’ll know who you are. We don’t run Bien Venue as a call centre, where you could be dealing with different people every time you have a project. Instead, you’ll get your own account manager. They will take responsibility for all your projects, working closely with our researchers and operations staff to make sure that we deliver to your objectives. It’s this personal commitment that keeps our clients coming back to us.

Our People

Managing Bien Venue are directors Sam Elliott and Julie Warburton. Sam’s focus is on building relationships with clients, whilst Julie works with venues and supports the team in the office to make sure that we’re delivering effectively.

Julie Warburton: ‘My focus on people and systems is all about making sure that we keep our service delivery promises – the best part for me is when clients tell us that we really have saved them time and money.’

Sam Elliott: ‘I’ve been involved in events all my working life, and I know just how important the right venue and logistical arrangements are. I get a real buzz from getting to know clients and providing a service that adds value’.
