We don’t run Bien Venue as a call centre, where you could be dealing with different people every time you have a project. Instead, you’ll get your own account manager. They will take responsibility for all your projects, working closely with our researchers and operations staff to make sure that we deliver to your objectives. Sam’s focus is on building relationships with clients, whilst Julie works with venues and supports the team in the office to make sure that we’re delivering effectively.
